| 2. | How can I configure which wallets to synchronize between my SafeWallet for PC and for BlackBerry?

| 3. | How can I enter SafeWallet Pro Settings section?
Click Menu from any item that you are browsing and on the pop up context menu click Settings. By clicking Settings you will be able to choose between modifying Security or Search settings.

| 4. | How can I determine the exact SafeWallet version I'm running?
In order to check the current version number that you're running click Menu from any item you are browsing and on the pop up context menu click About. By doing so, you will be able to see the exact version you are running, and if running a trial version - how many days are left until your trial period expires.

| 5. | I just purchased a license for SafeWallet and received my registration information. Where should I enter this information?
The registration details (username and key) should be entered within the SafeWallet Pro registration dialog in order to complete the registration process. In order to open the registration dialog click Menu from any item you're browsing and on the pop up context menu click About. On the registration dialog click Register and enter your registration information. Once you entered your registration information the registration progress is completed and SafeWallet Pro will be fully functional.

| 6. | How can I change my Wallet's password?
In order to change your wallet's password, first open your wallet by entering your personal password. Once opened your wallet, click Menu and click Reset Password. You'll be asked to enter your old password, and then choose a new password. You can change your password anytime even when browsing your folders/cards by repeating the instructions above. However, please note that while browsing your favorites folder, you will not be able to change your wallet's password.

| 7. | Once a new card or folder was created, can I change its settings?
You can always edit your different items. In order to edit/remove a folder, open your folder and then click Menu. On the pop up context menu click Edit Folder for editing your folder item settings, or Remove Folder for removing the folder permanently from your Wallet. In order to edit/remove a card items, highlight your card using the trackball, click Menu, and on the pop up context menu click Edit Card in order to edit your card settings or click Remove Card if you want to remove your card from your Wallet.

| 8. | How can I create new folders in my wallet?
You can create new folder in your wallet or an existing folder. To create a new folder in your wallet open your wallet by entering your personal password, and then click Menu. On the pop up context menu click Add Folder. Similarly, to create a new folder in an existing folder open it and repeat the instructions above. You will be asked to enter a name for new folder and then you'll be able to create new cards or folders in it, add it to your favorite folder, edit it and so on.

| 9. | How can I create a new card?
As described above regarding the creating of a new folder, you can create new cards in your wallet/folders. Open the item that you wish to create the new card in, click Menu and on the pop up context menu click Add Card. You will be able to choose a template for your new cards from a wide range of fixed templates enabling to create the new cards following your personal needs.

| 10. | How can I add selected Cards to my Favorite Folder?
Adding selected cards to the favorites folder allows you to enjoy quick access for your selected cards anytime you need them. To add a selected card to the favorites folder, highlight your card using the trackball. Once your card is highlighted, click Menu and on the pop up context menu click Add To Favorites. In order to quickly access your selected cards, open your wallet and open the favorites folder. You can always remove cards from your favorites folder - highlight the selected card you wish to remove, click Menu and on the pop up context menu click Remove Favorite.

| 11. | I can't remember which card I used to save my information. Is there an easy way to search for it?
The fastest and easiest way will be using the search dialog. You can open the search dialog at any time while browsing your different items by clicking Menu and on the pop up context menu clicking Search. Once opened the search dialog you will be able to quickly find your required information while enjoying SafeWallet pro T9 searching technology, an advanced dynamic sequence search method. Using SafeWallet T9 based search you can find wallet information in the fastest way possible using your Blackberry device

| 12. | Can I modify my Card's templates?
When creating a new card you will be able to choose its template from a wide range of fixed templates to match your personal needs. Once editing an existing card, you will be able to remove/add/rename fields to better configure your card following your specific needs. In order to edit your card's templates, open your card, click Menu and on the pop up context menu click Edit Card. Once entered the editing section, click Menu and on the pop up context menu click Add field in order to add a new field, Remove Field to remove the field from your card or Rename Field to rename the specific field selected.
