Yes. Calendar Pro is built on top of the device internal default databases and uses the same databases as the default BlackBerry Calendar application. Therefore, any software that will sync with the default Calendar application that comes with your BlackBerry will also sync with Calendar Pro without any problem. In order to synchronize Calendar Pro with Outlook or any other calendar application you should sync your information the same way you usually synchronize with your default BlackBerry calendar application, and Calendar Pro will also sync without any problem.

In order for Calendar Pro to fully function you need to verify that your default BlackBerry Tasks application is also installed on your BlackBerry. In some situations, if the default Tasks application isn't installed on your BlackBerry, you won't be able to create new tasks with Calendar Pro nor to add/edit your categories list.
The Tasks application can be added/removed via the BlackBerry desktop manager. You should verify that the default BlackBerry Tasks application is selected from your BlackBerry Desktop Manager and sync your BlackBerry with your PC. After the Tasks application is loaded to your BlackBerry back again enter Calendar Pro once again and you should be able to create new tasks and add/edit your categories list.
